Expropriated for selling a home and acquiring a new one

Robina, a homeowner, sold her house in 1998 and bought another one more suited for her old age. Between 2006 and 2010, the family made some formalities at the Municipal Housing Authority, so the institution detected the sale made by Robina, calling it illegal. For this reason, the State confiscated the house, and at the end of 2017 she was decreed a tenant of her own home.
