Citizen threatened for expressing his opinion on political situation in Cuba



Velázquez Duvergel was summoned by the chief police officer to the police unit known as Parque 24. There he was threatened for not having a stable job and for meeting young people from his neighborhood and discussing political topics related to the Cuban Government such as project of the new constitution and the fact it serves mostly the government. The officer also threatened him that he could be prosecuted for dangerousness if he continued doing the same. He was released on the same day 8 hours later.
