Luis Robles Elizástegui was protesting on the Central Boulevard in Havana with a banner saying "Freedom. No more repression. #Free_Denis". Military men and policemen standing around captured him immedietely. Then they imprisoned him in Villa Marista and later on he was transported to the Combinado del Este Prison. First, they accused him of disturbance of public order and disrespect and then of actions against the security of the state. So far, there has been no trial and he has not been allowed to see his family and friends. His phone calls are monitored and he cannot speak freely to his family. His house was searched and the officials confiscated and revised his phone without his approval. He was also fined 1000 pesos for "uglifying public ornament".
