The member of the UNPACU Yusmary was heading to the province of Santiago de Cuba to the Catholic church in the Sanctuary of Cobre in order to attend Mass to ask for the release of political prisoners and the end of police repression. At 6 am, in the Camilo Cienfuegos Avenue between Santa Rita and San Gregorio, he was arrested by officers of the State Security known as Cesar and Malvin and a patrol car number 608. Then, he was taken to the Unit of Crimes against State Security and he was released at 9 am in Cecilia, a town situated 12 km from Guantanamo.
