On December 6, 2015, Pedro Luis Díaz Pelegrin was heading to the Santuario del Cobre in Santiago de Cuba Province in the morning, when he was detained in Camilo Cienfuegos Avenue and San Gragorio Street by the anti-riot police and the State Security officials. He was taken to the police unit (No. 24) where he stayed until 12 pm. He was threatened, he would be put in jail, if he went on in his contrarevolutionary activity. He was also told that next time they would beat him up he would remeber it for the rest of his life.
