Attacked by State Security officials and anti-riot police



On December 6, 2015, Mr. Marcos Antonio Moran Pelegrin was heading to Santiago de Cuba to attend Mass. Suddenly, he was attecked by anti-riot police in San Gregorio street. They put a plastic bag over his head and Marcos stopped breathing for a while. Moreover, they used pepper spray and beat him. He had visible bruises on his body. He was taken to the State Security operations center where he was beaten again. He was let in a very bad condition and had to be transported to the hospital by State Security officials. He stayed in the hospital for more than 24 hours.
