Celina Osoria Claro was detained by the State Security (DSE) officials known as Víctor Víctor and Luis Ángel or Roberto when she was walking down the street La Avenida and Pinto in Guantánamo. The detention took place when Celina was on her way to the Santa Catalina de Ricci Church, with an intention to attend the Sunday Mass which is carried out there and to pray for the political prisoners. The officials put her in the patrol car no. 206 and were driving her around the city. After that, they drove her towards the second bridge of the Santiago-Guantánamo highway, approximately 9 kilometres from her house. There she was kept almost 4 hours in detention and then released. As she did not have any money on her, she had to walk back home.
