Yoleisis was unjustly detained for alleged damage to the citizen Guillermo de Armas Cervantes

Yoleisis had to be hospitalized so he let his horse with De Armas Cervantes to take care of it during the time that Yoleisis was not able to. But when he came from the hospital, De Armas Cervantes refused to return the animal. During the trial, De Armas Cervantes said that Yoleisis had sold him the horse that was not true. In addition, the one of the judges was from the Cervantes family. He was told he would be imprisoned for the crime of disobedience. At the moment, Yoleisis has to compensate with 2000 CUP even though the documents of the legal process shows he is not guilty. Yoleisis is husband of the human rights activist Laritza Mosqueda Tamayo.
