A human rights defensor Yelky Puig Rodríguez was cited to the police station in Pinar del Río. The summons was related to his journey to Mexico in June 2016. State Security official Captain Juan Pérez told him he will always be controlled and never be free. Yelky is vice delegate of Cuban Christian Democratic Party and he is constanly being persecuted and harassed for his opinions.
