Detained by Lt Col Cantillo at the checkpoint in Caimanera

On December 6, 2015, an activist Rafael Enrique Chivas Castillo was going to Santiago de Cuba to attend Mass in the Santuario del Cobre. He was detained by Lt Col Cantillo and the officials at the checkpoint in Caimanera. He was told to get out of the bus and taken to the Police Department in Caimanera. Rafael was detained until 12 pm.
