Javier is an activist of the MCR (Movimiento Cubano Reflexión). He was officially summoned to report to the PNR station in Cardenas, where he lives. The reason for the citation was for allegedly being the author of a protest graffiti at around 11:30 am. His fingerprints and handwriting were taken for investigation. The person in charge of the repressive operation against Javier was DSE officer Manuel. The aforementioned graffiti was written three blocks from his house on Calle Real Esquina Pinillo. After a while he was allowed to return to his home.
