At 5:30 am, Celina Osoria Claro was about to attend Mass at Santa Catalina de Ricci Church. When she was passing through Los Maceos and 3 Sur Streets, she was intercepted and detained by State Security officials known as Kevin (Jefferson), Sergio, and Orvis. She was taken to the police department called Parque 24, where she was kept until 10 am the same day.
