Francisco Osoria Claro was about to attend Mass held in Santa Catalina de Ricci Church. When he was passing through Los Maceos and 3 Sur Streets, he was stopped and detained by State Security officials known as Kevin or Jefferson, Sergio and Orvis. He was taken to police department called Parque 24, where he was kept until 10 am of the same day.
