In the morning on 7 December 2020, Celina Osoria Claro was going shopping to the market located on the Avenida Street and Los Maceos. Suddenly, she was detained by the patrol car no. 606 and driven to the police unit Parque 24 in the city of Guantánamo. When they got there, she was still not explained the reason for her detention. At 2 pm, she was taken to an interrogation room where State Security officials Víctor and Luis Ángel had been already waiting for her. “We will put you in jail, is it good now?” said Víctor and hit the table. The officials also announced her that she could not leave her house in upcoming days as the 10 December, the Human Rights Day, was approaching. “If you leave, you might fall down on the street and get hurt,” was one of the threats she received that day from the officials.
