Activist from Colón under surveillance of the secret police for the whole day

From the very early morning, a house of the human rights activist and independent trade unionist, Iván Hernández Carrillo, was under surveillance of the secret police agents. On that day, on 13 August, it was the anniversary of the birth of Fidel Catsro. The State Security officials were posted in front of his house all day long, checking his movements and possible visits he was receiving. His friends and family advised him not to leave the house, however he left and the agents were following him everywhere.
