A man from Guantánamo summoned to Parque 24 and threatened with prosecution



Alain Fernández Alce was summoned by a local police chief, Lieutenant Odelin Aranda, to the police unit called Parque 24. The summons was carried out based on an instruction from the State Security. When he arrived, he was threatened for not having a job and for meeting with regime opponents. He was also warned that if he committed any crime on the anniversary of Fidel Castro's birthday, he would be prosecuted for disobedience according to the paragraph about dangerousness. Alain was released 10 hours later.
