Luis Virgilio Martínez Barrientos is in El Caguayo Prison and suffers from AIDS. He is in critical condition and urgently needs to be transported to the hospital as he also has hepatitis C, liver infecion and other complications. He is 1,8 meter tall and weighs only 45 kg. He has already asked many times to be transported to the hospital and to meet the head of the prison - always without results. The court refused to grant him conditional release stating, that his health condition is optimal.
