Citizen's home registered for false claims

A commission from the Cuban Petroleum Company (CUPET) in Guantanamo, went to the house of Yasser Ravelo Diaz due to a complaint according to which he had 60 bags of cement owned by the CUPET in his house. In response to these allegations, the citizen explained that he did not have any cement from that company, he let them in and showed them the papers and a few bags of cement that he had. In addition, Mr. Ravelo began to shout "down with Communism", "down with the Government", "down with the Castros", among other anti-government slogans. Two days later, First Lieutenant Forester showed up at his house along with other police officers, without a warrant. The citizen told him that if they did not have a warrant they could not enter, so they returned later with the warrant, entered and verified that there was no cement from the CUPET company and that the cement in that house belonged to its owner, since he himself had the papers that accredited it.
