UNPACU activist detained on his way to Mass

Bartolo was on his way to the Santa Catalina de Ricci Church in order to attend the Sunday Mass. He was carrying a transparent asking for release of all political prisoners. When he was passing trhough Los Maceos Street between 3 and 4 Sur, he was stopped by State Security officials (DSE) known as Rolando or Yuniel and Luis Ángel or Roberto along with two officers from the National Revolutionary Police (PNR). The PNR officers did not identify themselves. Bartolo was detained and taken to the police station in in the municipality of El Salvador. He was released the next day at about 8 am.
