Cuban government leaves family homeless

After Hurricane Mathew, the home of the citizen Jorge Luis Feria Jardines was completely destroyed. As a consequence, he, his wife and their minor son, who suffers from a mental disorder, were forced to occupy a medical office that was abandoned, but in better constructive condition than their property. The Cuban government promised this family that the property they currently occupy would be donated to them if they agreed to have their former home rebuilt and handed over to a government official. Despite this, this family is threatened with eviction.
