Hurricane victim is still living on the streets

In October 2016, Hurricane Matthew destroyed Mrs. Digna's house and the government has not given her any support despite the fact that she is more than 70 and she lives with her two children, both of them with a mental disability, and regardless that, they do not have sufficient economic resources to face the situation. Mrs. Digna has been facing these issues since more than a decade ago, despite asking several times the government for its support.
