On Saturday, 22 June 2019, the human rights activist Sara Cuba Delgado was prevented from undertaking her trip to Medellín, Colombia, in order to attend the 49th General Assembly of the Organization of American States (OAS). She was just informed by the State Security officials that her status was "regulated" and she would not be able to leave the country to participate in the event.
