The victim was summoned for a "meeting" to the National Revolutionary Police of Cuba located on the corner of Chacón in Old Havana. From there, without any previous notice, she was transported to the Municipal Court in Regla and senteced under the Law on Pre-criminal Social Dangerousness. After having served 6 months, she was conditionally released on 12 December 2018. As she could not notify anybody from her relatives about her case, she was completely alone during the trial.
