Yoel Alvarez Carrillo detained violently for criticizing the country’s situation on public



Yoel Alvarez Carrillo publicly criticized the current situation of the country, emphasizing that a large part of the society disagrees with the draft of the new Constitution of the Republic and that it will not bring any improvement of the situation. Inmediately he was arrested by the Chief of the Sector, policemen and agents of the State Security. The arrest was violent, they applied arm braces, hit his face and they bruised his joints. Then they took him to the Unit of State Security called "Operaciones" and there they accused him of resistance and elaboration of protest against State Security. He is in the Prison of Guantanamo awaiting the trial.
