Prison officers don´t let a prisoner have a phone call with his mother

Ivan Rubio is in Combinado del Este Prison in Guantanamo and that day was having a phone call with his mother. She stated, that she had heard prison officers snatching the phone away from her son. After that she heard they were having a strong argument and the connection broke down.
