The victim was taking part in an activity organized by UNPACU in Palmarito de Cauto. Suddenly, the Anti-Riot Police broke into the house, where the training was being carried out and he was detained. Then the officials took him to a place near a dam known as Ballate. After having insulted the victim, they took away his cap and forced him to stay in the direct sunshine for several hours.
