The victim is a political activist in Palmarito de Cauto and at that time was on hunger strike. In the afternoon, Anti-Riot Police broke into her house and started beating her. The she was put into the patrol car along with other activists. She was taken to the Mella Dam and threatened. She was released 6 hours later.
