On Sunday the 27th of May, 2017, approximately at 8:00 am, Mrs. Ana Rosa was detained by police officers of the National Revolutionary Police when she was in front of the shopping grocery store located approximately 100 meters away from her home. At the moment of her detention, she was not informed about the reasons for her detention. However, after almost 24 hours, the Chief of Sector informed her that she had been detained because she threated a municipal prison officer on the 26th of May, when she went to visit her husband who was in prison for allegedly committing the crime of "pre-delinquent social dangerousness", the reason why, according to the Chief of Sector, Mrs. Ana Rosa committed the crime of threat against an officer of the Ministry of the Interior, and as a consequence, she would be prosecuted by the courts.
