Man fined on the street for no apparent reason

Alain Louvain la Seria rode to the city center of Guantánamo on his bicycle and was stopped on Che Guevara Avenue by some officials in a patrol car. The officials fined him because they said he was involved in an illegal activity. Without any evidence or reason, he was fined 700 pesos. Alain was also threatened for being self-employed despite paying all his bills in a timely manner.
