UNPACU activists were threatened by a state official with prosecution and even assassination for their anti-regime views.

On March 13, UNPACU activists Keyber Rodriguez Fernandez and Randy Caballero Suarez were confronted by informant Angel Santana and officer Gianny Clape Rodriguez who offended them and tried to intimidate them by telling them that if they found any kind of propaganda against the revolution they would look for them and that they would pay for it, he also indicated to Randy Caballero that at any moment he could be killed if he continued to make comments against the revolution.
