A worker at a food stall is unjustly attacked by the Chief of the Police Sector.

On January 21, 2016, Ariolvis Columbié Noa, a food stall worker in the Turey neighborhood, Baracoa, was attacked by the Chief of the Police Sector known as Captain Carlos Inojosa, after he detained him at his work. The sector chief told him that he had to accompany him to the police sector, but when he refused to do so for not recognizing any reason for his detention, Captain Carlos Inojosa punched Ariolvis, knocking him to the ground, where he continued to kick him on and use spray on his eyes. He stopped attacking Ariolvis after several people gathered around shouting at him not to hit him anymore for pleasure. Ariolvis was later detained at the Municipal Station in Baracoa from January 22 to January 28 of the same year.
