On 14th October Celina Osoria Claro, a Lady in White, was heading to the church Santa Catalina de Ricci to take part in the Sunday mass. When she was between the streets 8 north and 5 west, a State Security Department (DSE) capitan known as Kevin or Jefferson along with the officer Víctor Víctor, arrested and leaded her to the detention center known as Operations. The defender was released around 7 am of the following day.
