On the 13th October, it was reported that the activist from the Cuban Reflection Movement (MCR by its acronym in Spanish) Aurelio Cabrera González claimed that for the second time, two inspectors named Tania Remedio González and Vivian Ulloa Guerra showed up at his home to ask him for a fine, which supposedly his brother, Segundo del Rey Cabrera González, owes to the State. Mr. Segundo Cabrera migrated towards the USA within the Plan for Political Refugees. As Mr. Aurelio Cabrera expressed his anger since he is not responsible for his brother's actions by saying to the inspectors that they could "ask for the fine to the thief and General of the Army, Raúl Castro". Afterwards, the inspectors told Mr. Aurelio Cabrera González that they would call the Police, therefore, around 7:30 pm of the same day, Mr. Aurelio Cabrera González was arrested at his home by an officer of the Security of the State (SE by its acronym in Spanish), whose identity is unknown, and who drove Mr. Aurelio Cabrera González in one Lada car toward the Provincial Barrack of the Political Police (Operations, Julio A Mella) where he was detained until Monday 15th in the morning when he was released.
