Lady in White from Pinar del Río detained by the State Security and threatened

On Sunday, 18 Novemver 2018, when a human rights defender Annia Zamora Carmenate was about to participate in the Sunday Mass as a member of the movement Ladies in White, she was arbitrary detained by the State Security official Dayron while leaving her house. He prevented her from going to the Mass and she was immediately driven to the police station in Carlos Rojas. There she was strongly threatened and mistreated. She was kept in detention until 6 pm and then released. She was warned that if she did the same, she would meet the police again.
