Activist fined for protesting against State's surveillance

On 19th November a Manager from the Fine Collection Office of Guantanamo arrived to the activist’s home to inform him that he owed $30 CUC (27€) from a fine (whose original value had been doubled). The Manager also told him that if he did not pay the fine he would be send to the judges and he could face charges for non-payment of fines and disobedience.
