On 18th November, the activist Oscarleidi Blanco Lovaina was arrested by several officers of the National Revolutionary Police (PNR) and by officials of the Department of State Security (DSE) who led him to the “Zapata and C” Unit. The activist remained there until 23rd November, when he was transferred to Matanzas province where he lives and has his address. The activist was handed over by two PNR officers in the municipality of Colon where he was released after verifying that his personal information was correct.
