A man from Guantánamo detained and threatened for his contact with a human rights defender



Rafael López Peña was going to visit one of the human rights defenders in Guantánamo in order to complain about the sector police chief who is harassing his son. When he was already on his way and passing through the Luz Caballero and Narciso López Streets, he was detained by a State Security official Major Kevin. After that, he was put in the patrol car no. 637 and driven to the police unit called Parque 24. There he was threatened and after five hours kept in detention released.
