A group of people were detained and sent to a police station after paying tribute to victims

The victim was arranging flowers with other people at a nearby river as a symbol of protest for the sinking of the tugboat 13 de Marzo, where 41 people drowned after trying to migrate to the United States. The boat sank after being rammed by 2 tugboats. The victim and her fellow protesters were taken to the El Anillo Detention Center because they were not authorized to participate in this activity in public places. The men were taken to the cells while the women were kept in offices until they were released and warned to go home immediately.
