As a result of a long divorce process, Uberlinda Hernández was declared as illegal occupant of the property where she lived with her 8-year-old son, who had been abandoned by her husband more than 4 years ago. The citizen considers that this situation is closely related to the fact that her ex-husband was a worker at the municipal housing institution.
