The activist Yonny Figuereda Pileta was going to the city of Guantanamo to attend Mass. At the checkpoint in Yateras, he was taken from the bus and transported to the Yateras Police Department. He was threatened by Chief officer, Juan Carlos Rojas, that he would be put in jail.
