San Isidro Movement's activist Iris Ruiz was arrested at her home and taken to the Alamar station, where she had already been detained for 12 hours on Thursday, April 29. The activist was detained for 4 hours and questioned about the hunger and thirst strike of artist Luis Manuel Otero Alcantara. The state agents told her that the hunger strike was an undue incitement to social mobilization. Both the activist and her husband had their communications cut off and are still under state surveillance in their home.
