Police confiscates a pedicab of an activist from Baracoa



Luis Alfredo Pérez is a human rights activist who works as a pedicab driver in the city of Baracoa. On that day, when he left for work and was passing in front of the stadium entrance, he encountered police officers Adeal and the head of the Confrontation Unit Olivero. They stopped him and issued a confiscation order on his pedicab due to his posters talking about human rights. The officials told him to get rid of them otherwise he would not be able to work anymore and could go to prison.
