Attempted arrest for participating in an opposition event.

On April 30, 2021, Leonardo Ramón Viamonte went to Los Pinos to participate in an activity organized by the opponent from San Isidro, Luis Manuel Otero. Around one o'clock in the afternoon, while he was at the bus stop of this place to return to his home, a state officer named Gustavo tried to detain him on the spot, but Mr. Leonardo fled. The reason for the arrest was that he left his house when the police officers were watching him to make sure this did not happen.
