Activist detained for two days in Guantánamo

Bartolo was about to visit the Santa Catalina de Ricci Church in order to attend the Sunday Mass. When he was about to leave his house, the State Security officials (DSE) known as Edwin Jefferson or Kevin and Víctor Víctor stopped him and detained him. He was taken to the police station in the municipality of El Salvador. The officials were accusing him of posting anti-government posters which appeared in Guantánamo the night before when the holiday of April 4 was celebrated. They wanted him to make calligraphic tests, but Bartolo refused. He was released two days after his detention on 9 April at about 8 am without any further consequences.
