Activist has been waiting for his new passport for more that six months

Anderlay Guerra Blanco submitted a request in order to get a new passport. At the end of January 2019, he personally went to the ofice of the Ministry of Interior in Guantánamo province which is responsible for issuing the passports. After having gone through all paperwork, he was told to come back to pick it up in a month, so the passport was supposed to be ready in February or March. Since then, Anderlay has tried many times to pick up his passport, but without succes and always getting the same answer, that the passport is not ready. In the month of June, at the time of this report, the passport was not still ready.
