On September 6, 2021, he saw how the police were violently arresting two young men and intervened. He was also pushed, arrested and taken to the 4th Infanta Police Unit. There he was beaten ("por chismoso"). He hit back, so they charged him with contempt of court. They kept him there for a day. They broke and took away his glasses (he is nearsighted). Then they took him for treatment to the 26th Clinic, where they did not give him a medical certificate. The next day (7) they transferred him to the Deparment Technical Investigations of Acosta, Diez de Octubre. There he was handcuffed to the bars of the cell on the 7th, 8th and 9th. At dawn on September 10 they took him to the Valle Grande prison.
