Miguel Ángel was on his way to a training planned by his organization in the community on September 9, however, on the corner of his house he found that there was a strong police deployment, in which the officer known as Ernesto was present. They intercepted Miguel and told him that he should accompany them, when he asked for the reason and the arrest warrant, he was put in a key and forced to enter the patrol car by force, while they insulted him. At the police station he was beaten by one of the policemen and remained in detention for 28 hours. Although his family and friends searched for him, all the United Nations denied that he was there, and he was later released.
