Activist from Guantánamo threatened by State Security



Bartolo was on his way to participate in Mass which is carried out every Sunday in the Santa Catalini de Ricci Church. When he left his house, the official known as Kevin or Edwin Jefferson along with three other State Security (DSE) agents who did not identify themselves, detained him. He was driven to the police station in the municipality of El Salvador, where they told him that he has a little time left and he could be anytime put in the prison. He was released at about 8 am on the next day without any further consequences.
