Celina Osoria Claro was planning to go to the Santa Catalina de Ricci Church in Guantánamo in order to attend Mass which is carried out there every Sunday. When she left home, the official known as Kevin or Edwin Jefferson, along with three other State Security agents (DSE) who did not identify themselves, detained her. She was taken in the patrol car 605 to the police unit known as Parque 24. She was released at about 8 pm on the same day without any further consquences.
