Citizen threatened and detained for 10 hours in a prison cell

Eliécer Gongora Erlay was summoned by a sector chief to the police unit known as Parque 24. There he was threatened for not having a job and for meeting young people from his quarter. The official told him that he could be prosecuted for dangerousness if he continued with the same and did not look for a job. Gonogora Erlay replies to the sector chief that the young people do not have a job and any future in this country, while the totalitarian and repressive regime succeeds. Then he was immediately driven to a prison cell. He was released on the same day after 10 hours spent in detention.
